The client’s well being is at the heart of Suzanne’s counselling, where she aims to provide an empathic, caring, warm, and open environment, so that clients can talk with ease and work through their emotional challenges.

 Also integrity, honesty, genuineness and non-judgement are all values that Suzanne brings to the sessions.

 There may be an underlying fear of divulging something you feel guilty about or ashamed to admit to anyone else, and Suzanne offers you a confidential and safe space, where you can explore your issue(s) without being judged.  Through gently challenging your thoughts and established habits, Suzanne helps you go through the journey of self-discovery, awareness and acceptance. Therapy provides you with the tools you require to handle the problem(s) which have led you to seek help.

Suzanne is a fully qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist, and is an accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (IACP), and works in accordance with their code of ethics.www.iacp.ie.

Prior to training and working as a psychotherapist, Suzanne worked in banking, sales and billing for private medical consultants, and is also a qualified Life and Business Coach.
